Short Let- Double room in a beautiful massive flat

Available form 02.02- till mid March or mid May (I’m flexible)

I am looking to sublet my room in our beautiful East London flat from Feb while travelling.

THE ROOM:
The room is cosy and cute! It has a double bed, a massive wardrobe and a desk. It has a super long window overlooking the patio, that gives good light, too.

Beyond the room itself, there's also plenty of space in the flat for your things (e. g. we have a massive storage room). And the flat has a pretty and massive living room to hang out/ also WFH.

THE FLAT:
The flat is super spacious and modern! We have an open kitchen/ living room with massive window walls that give a one in a king view of Liverpool Street skyscrapers. It really is gorgeous in the evenings and it's great for hosting dinners and also just chilling :)

We also have a massive balcony where we hang out/ sunbath in the summer. Moreover, the building has a rooftop + a concierge.

You'd be sharing a massive bathroom with just one girl since the other one has an en-suite.

FLATMATES:
You'd be living with two girls- a 28-year-old lawyer (New Zealand), and 28 year 27-year-old Fintech Strategist (Portuguese). As a flat, we often cook or eat together/ catch up in the living room / watch movies. However, we are super chill and have our friends over for dinner, too! It's honestly a great vibe for a girl in her 20s :)

COSTS:
The bills are around £100/ 120 depending on the season. Since it's a new build we don't spend much on eating which is great in winter!! The bills also include the cleaner that comes every 2 weeks for deep cleaning of all of the rooms :)
