Hello!

I'm moving out of Dalston and looking for someone to take over the contract for my double room. This means you will go through all normal onboarding checks with the landlord/agent.

Your new flat mate Isaac loves the flat and location so we want to find a replacement to take replacement me on the contract instead of giving notice.

Viewings will be 26-28 September and move in date flexible early to mid October.

It's a large and comfy double bedroom with it's own private bathroom in the vibrant area of Dalston Junction, 1 minute walking distance from the overground station.

LOCATION

- Very close to the City of London and on the cusp of Shoreditch, London Fields and Hackney.
- 1 min walk from Dalston Junction overground station
- 4 min walk from Dalston Kingsland overground station
- 20 min (on public transport) from Liverpool Street station
- many bus routes within 1-3 min walk

- groceries: Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Sainsbury, Aldi, organic grocery stores, the Ridley Road food market and much more are within a 5 min walk.

YOUR FLATMATE

Isaac is a 39 year old amiable and kind guy, very friendly, fun, active, positive-minded, considerate, clean, respectful and sociable. Should be up for a glass of wine, chess and sharing a meal together :) Isaac is a brazilian jazz musician so is often out in the evenings playing and jamming and by day he also mostly works from home (from his bedroom) as a Software Developer.
