Our housemates are leaving us to go explore and so we’re on the hunt for a new couple to come and join us in our beautiful Dalston flat. We’re right in the heart of Dalston in a gorgeous 1900 renovated factory building. We love it here and would love to share our place with you!
Room:
- Room is situated on the upper loft floor of a 3-bedroom apartment, so you essentially have your own apartment with a shared kitchen and living area.
- Double bed and white closet included in furnishings.
- Three remote operated skylights with blackout blinds and opening capabilities for fresh air and light
- En-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and storage
- In-suite separate storage/boiler room area, which has been used as a small guest room, chill out area, large storage space.
- Tons of room for personalisation and decoration
- Perfect for a couple as lots of space.
-High ceilings with a cool industrial feel
House:
- The living room is well-outfitted with gorgeous high ceilings and tons of light.
- Kitchen has modern appliances, ample fridge and freezer space, a dishwasher and the washing machine.
- Two areas of shared storage space (in addition to the private storage adjacent to the en-suite)
- The building managers do a great job at keeping up the building, it is always clean and well-kept.
- The building has a concierge to accept packages and if you have any queries.
Area:
- Dalston is a busy thoroughfare, but this building is on a quiet street nearby, so you rarely hear any street noise.
- Dalston is home to so many cool restaurants, bars, clubs, and stores that speak to East London's history and general vibe.
Transport:
- 4 minute walk to Dalston Junction overground, 6 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland overground.
-2-5 minute walk to multiple bus routes (56, 38, 243, 76 and more)
Flatmates:
- You'll live with Kirsty (29) and Kate (28).
- Both are working professionals, one in finance and the other in creative experiential events.
- We’re looking for a likeminded couple, who like to socialise but also respect cleanliness and individual space.
Rent is 1677.50GBP plus council tax, water, electric, and wifi. Extra bills come out to around £150 each a month
Deposit is one month’s rent + Statutory Declaration (10GBP delivery time fee).
You would need to provide proof of employment and right to rent in the UK.
We’re about to renew our lease for 12 months so ideally looking for a couple to join us on the year lease.
