Looking for a housemate to join our friendly 3-bed flat in a vibrant part of Dalston! The flat is in the Dalston Works development.

IMPORTANT: Move in date is 1st September - reference checks have to be completed in the weeks before then..

We have a small double bedroom with good natural light available in our modern 3 bed flat. The flat itself boasts a private balcony, ideal for relaxing in the summer months, along with a large shared roof terrace with garden furniture.

Viewings and interviews are to be held by the remaining flatmates who are staying on the tenancy agreement and will be your future roomie! There will be 3 of you total :)

Once you’ve decided you want to live at this amazing abode, you’ll need to pass resident/reference/affordability checks and have a deposit ready to go. This is extremely important, the landlord/management company is very chill, but to make our lives easier, please do move quickly with everything!

Rent includes wifi but excludes the rest like council tax and utilities.

Beth and Valentina will be your flatmates. We’re doing a simple tenant swap - so the contract was signed in January 2024, and will continue to next January - with the option of extending always available. We’ve all lived in the flat on and off for three years and have never had problems with it or the management.

We're looking for someone who is social, easy-going and respectful. It’s not a party flat, but a home!
