Ensuite double in sunny Dalston flat (bills inc)

Hiya 💁🏻‍♀️ We’ve got an ensuite double room available in our fabulous, bright Dalston Square flat with rooftop, gym, balcony, concierge etc from August 15th (flexibility for early move in).

Our current flatmate is leaving so we’re on the look out for a friendly, clean and fun person to join us.

Josephine’s been here for three years already so the flat is homely, lots of house plants and books etc. She works 5 days a week in central London but loves a coffee, pastry and stroll Hackney on the weekends.

Ellyn joined the flat last year (a very successful Spareroom find). As a flight attendant, she’s in and out travelling for work, on her days off you’ll find her chilling on the balcony or making spicy tomato soup for the household. She’s also a dab hand at floristry so often brightens up rainy days with floral arrangements.

The room is a large double with space for a desk, built in double wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with shower. We’d prefer someone who works from the office majority of the week but open to chat about it for the right person.

We’d like someone who wants to join for a trip to the pub, a bit of dinner or a film every once in a while, there’s nothing worse than flatmates that hide in their room constantly. And please, no weeknight ravers … professional shared house vibes.

Minimum term of 1 year, we’ll be signing a revised contract with the agents so no risk of getting turfed out the flat after a few months of moving in.
