Furnished Double Room on the upper floor of a large apartment split over two levels. The apartment has a lovely winter garden and balcony over looking the square.

You'll be sharing with Sofiya (28), Pietro (32) and Louise (31). They're all incredibly friendly and easy-going people from around Europe. The apartment is well-maintained with a cleaner coming every two weeks. We also have the most friendly and well-behaved cat, Oscar, who mainly sticks to the lower floor and living area.
You'll be sharing a bathroom with Louise, who is really clean and respectful. The flat is well priced considering the size and location. I'm sadly moving out after 4 years just to be closer to my work in far West London.
The bedroom is a decent size and comes with:
• Wardrobe
• Double bed (mattress can be removed)
• Bedside table
• Chest of drawers
• Open Hanger
Bills include:
Internet - £14 monthly
Gas + Electricity - £60 monthly (roughly)
Council Tax Band E - £57 monthly
Cleaner - £17 every two weeks
Move in date is 1st July. The lease technically expires in mid-October, but we've renewed several times since August 2020 with the landlord who is really friendly and responsive.
