Large En-Suite 3 Week Sublet in Dalston

Hi everyone!

We’re looking for someone to replace me and move into the en-suite in our apartment from Mid July for 3 weeks until the end of our tenancy. The landlord decided to sell the apartment so unfortunately, there is no possibility to extend. A few facts about the space

It is a large furnished en-suite in a 3 bedroom apartment. We have a beautiful, big shared living space with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious balcony.

The apartment is super close to Dalston Junction Overground Station, so very well connected. There is lots of grocery stores, as well as nice bars, pubs and restaurants around.

You’d be sharing the apartment mostly with Ziyana, 27, who just moved here from Canada to attend acting school.
The other flatmate, Mely, will be moving out on the 20th so you will only share with Ziyana for 2 weeks and then have the apartment to yourself for the last week.

Rent is £400 a week, bills included.
