Furnished Double Room Ensuite on the upper floor of a large apartment split over two levels. The apartment has a lovely winter garden and balcony over looking the square.
I'm leaving this lovely bedroom as I'm travelling during the summer. This is for a short-term let (3 months) from the 16th of July.
Although there is a chance for this to turn long term (if one of our flatmates doesn't renew or I end up not coming back to London) it's fair to say that this would probably turn to be a 3 months short-term let :) if it suits, and in case of uncertainty, I'd give at least 2 months notice so that this is a win-win in all scenarios.
Building Amenities:
• Concierge
• Gym for all residents within the building
• Communal rooftop terrace (same floor as the bedroom)
• Secure bike storage on the bottom floor
• Parking space (can be arranged if needed)
You'll be sharing with Sofiya (28), Suzy (28) and Louise (31). They're all incredibly friendly and easy-going people from around Europe. The apartment is well-maintained with a cleaner coming every two weeks. We also have the most friendly and well-behaved cat, Oscar, who mainly sticks to the lower floor and living area.
You'll have a super convenient ensuite bathroom. The flat is well priced considering the size and location. I'm sadly out after 4 years just to be closer to my work in far West London.
The bedroom is a decent size and comes with:
• Wardrobe
• Double bed (mattress can be removed)
• Bedside table
• Chest of drawers
• Open Hanger
Bills include:
Internet - £14 monthly
Gas + Electricity - £60 monthly (roughly)
Council Tax Band E - £57 monthly
Cleaner - £17 every two weeks
Move in date is 16th July. The lease technically expires in mid-October, but we've renewed several times since August 2020 with the landlord who is really friendly and responsive.
