Subletting a double room in Dalston

Hi there!!
I am subletting my double room in Dalston whilst I go travelling ✈️

The flat is 30 seconds from Dalston Junction, in a modern 3 bed 2 baths flat on the 7th floor of a new build in Dalston Square. There is a gym in the building you can use and 24hr concierge.

The room is small but has a double bed, desk and wardrobe. You will only share the bathroom with 1 other person 🛁

The housemates are super lovely! Pam and Jake (26/27) are two really chilled out Aussies, always keen to do something in the evenings, are new(ish) to london and love to explore what it has to offer.

ThuyAn (29) Czech/Vietnamese who’s an amazing cook and loves to travel. She works in finance (mostly office based) but don’t worry she’s not your typical finance girly 🥰 she’s lots of fun and so easy to get along with.

The atmosphere in the flat is really friendly, we make dinner together when we are in at the same time and have been crying over the euros for the past week. Great stuff. We are all very clean and considerate etc etc ❤️

Boring money things:
Available from 1st August to 26th September (can possibly negotiate dates by a little bit if needed but not available before 1st August)

Rent: £880 per month (will pro rata September obviously)
Bills: £130
Will need rent to be paid upfront ☺️
