Double room with ensuite in lovely Dalston apartment (ideal for a couple). Flat is quiet and spacious but ideally-located (2 mins walk from Dalston Junction station and restaurants/cafes of Kingsland Rd). Apartment complex comes with rooftop, gym and concierge.

Existing flatmates are two 33/34 year old kiwis (dietitian and lawyer), who are sociable and active - we enjoy running, tennis, hiking, cooking, bakery-hopping, and making the most of London living. We're looking for a single or couple who are keen for a communal, peaceful and homely flat vibe.

Room is available from 30 Nov. We plan to run viewings w/c 20 Oct.
