Description
MOVE IN DATE - 7 SEPTEMBER
*LGBTQ+ friendly flat*
Hi there, my friends are moving out of London and I'm looking for 2 flatmates to share this 3 bedroom flat!
FLAT
I've been living here for 2 years with my friends and I love the flat. It's in a quiet and safe modern building with lift and bike room.
The kitchen has plenty of storage, dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer. The living room is fully furnished with comfy sofa and armchairs, coffee table, dining table and TV stand. There's plenty of space for more storage furniture.
Bills are around £150 per month (more in winter, less in summer).
I believe the building and the flat would be accessible for some people with disabilities, but the front door of the building is heavy.
DOUBLE ROOM - £925
The double room comes with a bed, bedside table and wardrobe (currently in the living room to save space).
There is space for a chest of drawers and a desk/dressing table as you can see in the photos.
You will share the bathroom in the pictures with 1 other person in the smaller room.
There's flexibility with the move-in date for this room: the current tenant would be happy to move out by the 9th of September if that worked better for you
BIGGER ROOM - £1075
This room is the biggest one in the flat and it has a small balcony. It comes with a bed, 2 big wardrobes, 2 bedside tables and 1 chest of drawers.
There's plenty of space for any other furniture you want to bring.
You will share the bathroom in the pictures with 1 other person in the smaller room.
There's flexibility with the move-in date for this room: the current tenant would be happy to move out by the 27th September if that worked better for you.
AREA
Dalston is one of the best neighbourhoods in London - so much going on and close to everything.
The building is less than 5 minutes walk to:
* Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations
* Big Sainsbury's, Co-op and Tesco
* great restaurants, coffee shops and bars
ABOUT ME
I'm 26 years old, gay and Spanish. I'm very friendly and relaxed - I love to do chill plans with my flatmates, but I also like my own personal time and space. I'm a Service Designer (UX) and I usally work from home 4 days a week. I'm very tidy and I like to calm flat. I like going to the gym regularly, reading, politics, discovering new cool films and TV shows or finding new restaurants to try.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal person is someone who is friendly and relaxed, wants to be friends with their flatmates and treats the place like a home. I'm looking for someone who enjoys a laugh, but is clean, tidy and respectful of their flatmates.
Please send a message telling me a little bit about yourself and we can arrange viewings ASAP!
