The two available rooms are located on the 1st floor. They are both very bright, with two windows each and wooden floor.
The smaller bedroom comes with a double bed and a wardrobe, and the rent is £800 per month.
The bigger bedroom comes with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The rent is £900 per month.
Bills are not included in the rent and are roughly £100 pm per person.
THE HOUSE
The house is big and located in a great area, just 2 minutes from Dalston Junction, but in a quiet pedestrian road.
There is a large eat-in kitchen, and both a front and a back garden for anyone who enjoys a bit of gardening :)
THE HOUSEMATES
We are two professionals in our early 30s. We are clean and respectful of spaces, looking for working professionals and like-minded housemates. It is a nice and social house, but not a party house.
