Double room in Dalston

Hi, I’m looking for someone to take my room in a lovely flat in the heart of Dalston from mid October.

The room is a double bedroom which looks out onto the buildings garden. Good sized room with plenty of space for a desk space to wfh. Has the option to come with a bed. (No living room).

The flat is in an incredible location, 3 minutes walk to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland station.

You will be living with two flatmates in their 30s. They’re easy going and up for a chat but respect each others space.

Rent is £766.70 with bills around £150 each month.
