my lovely flatmates are (sadly) moving out and i’m looking for 2 people to take their rooms from mid October.

The rooms are both good sized doubles, with plenty of space to WFH, looking out onto a shared courtyard which is lovely in the summer and protects the flat from street noise.

There’s no living room but the flat is in an incredible location, just 1 minute walk to both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland station.

We have a concierge who lives in the building, which is very secure and has covered space for bike storage.

i’m Liv, mid 30’s, work in art. it’s definitely a calm flat, and looking for people who like to have a similar environment at home.

Rent is £766.70 with bills around £150 each month
