Small furnished double room for single occupancy available from October 12th.
Rent is £587 pcm payable on the 4th of each month. Bills are approx £120 pcm on top and paid on 1st of the month too (council tax, broadband, energy, water). Furniture can be removed/changed if need be but there is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.

The Flat is on the first floor of a two storey council building on a very safe, quiet, leafy estate - no lift. Nice respectful neighbours, family orientated. Please note the flat has no living room but we have a sunny kitchen/dining area with fridge freezer, washing machine, gas stove, oven etc. Shared bathroom with walk in shower and natural light. Lots of storage in the flat.

3 minute walk to Dalston Junction station, 1 minute walk to Kingsland Road bus stops etc

You'll be sharing with two friendly, professional gay men (40 & 43). We are both from London with Nigerian and Jamaican/English heritage. We are good friends and we have busy, independent lives, but sometimes we share a drink and a chat at home. We are generally out and about on the weekends, but this is not a party flat. We work 9-5 during the week in the creative industries and would welcome someone similar :)

The landlord is great, issues are sorted quickly.
