Hello!

We have an en-suite double room available in our Dalston flat E8. The room will be available from the 1st November

The apartment is modern with heated floors, bright open living space with access to the lovely balcony. The kitchen (with dish washer) And we also have a laundry room.

We also have access to a shared rooftop- ideal for summer drinks. Some other amenities is that we have a bike parking, elevator in our building block and 24hs concierge service.

Price per month is £1380 (ex bills). Bills come up to £110-150 depending of the season.

The apartment is 5 minutes by walk of Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland overground station. We have many pubs, restaurants and shops nearby.

At the moment we are an Argentinian girl and Spanish boy living in the flat and we both work in the fashion industry.

We are looking for someone light mined who respects others privacy but likes to have dinner together or share a bottle of wine. We are looking for someone tidy but sociable.
