Double room Dalston

Hello!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely 3-storey house in Dalston for a 6 month sublet.

You’ll be living with three wonderful women aged 25 -26, Hannah, Polly and Molly. Hannah, Polly and Molly are all friendly professionals that have been living in the house for over a year. We treat the house as a place for downtime and sometimes have a Netflix/ cooking/ hangout session in the evenings.

We all share the kitchen/ living space and have 2 bathrooms (and a separate toilet) between four people. You would be using the top floor bathroom shown in the pictures (the other one is on the ground floor of the house). We also have a cute little courtyard style garden, a lovely area to have breakfast when the weather’s nice, you'd be very welcome to also garden there too! It can be a bit of a sun trap when the sun is out!

The room has a wardrobe and 2 cupboards and a double bed. You could fit a small desk in the room too. It's incredibly bright, with two windows looking onto the garden. We're on a quiet street away from the main road so it can be quite quiet in the house with no road noise.

The area is great, with Dalston Junction Overground station a 5 mins walk, a Co-op shop also 5 min walk, Aldi and Sainsbury’s are a 10 min walk away. There are also several bus stops nearby as well. The area has always felt safe to walk around especially at night.

Our Cat, Gracie, is a rescue and is an absolute lap cat, so will probably leap on your lap the second you sit down. She is very sweet and calm and enjoys sitting in the garden with us when the weather is nicer.

The room is available from 11thJanuary. Our landlord is very nice and sorts out any problems fairly promptly

The rent is £900 per month including bills.
