Double room in Dalston flat

Hey, I recently signed the lease for this nice 2-bedroom apartment in Dalston and I'm looking for a housemate to come live with me. It's a sublet of minimum 1 month, max 6 months for now, but there might be a chance to make it long term.

The room: it comes with a bed and a mattress. it's a pretty standard double, but you basically get your own big bathroom with it since mine has an en suite.

The flat: it's a very nice, bright and spacious open plan flat in a mews 5 minutes from Dalston junction station. It's very well insulated and stays warm without using much energy. There's a dishwasher! And a nice balcony that fits a table and a bbq.

The bills: bills are about £100 each, they Include Hyperoptic full fibre broadband.

The housemate: I’m a 36 year old working as a visual journalist, and finishing a part-time masters at Goldsmiths. I’ve been living in Hackney for about 7 years.

I’m a very easy going guy and happy to hang out in and out of the house, cook, watch films etc, but I am also very respectful of other people’s spaces, tidy, and enjoy my time alone.

I generally work from home 2 days a week, but otherwise spend a decent amount of time outside, as I’ve got good friends around the area, as well as uni classes.
I’m into literature, film and the arts, I play on and off football and tennis with friends, during the weekend I hang out at gigs, the pub, or the sporadic party. I also very much enjoy a dinner at home, and cook a number of Italian staples.
