This is a very special flat.

It has a beautiful view of central and northwest London. From the flat, you can spot the London Eye in the distance on the left (it’s quite tiny but still there!) and on the far right, you can see Alexandra Palace.

The flat has high-quality finishes, a well-equipped kitchen, a massive balcony perfect for summer meals, and a spacious living room with simple, tidy, and peaceful décor.

The space features beautiful plants and vinyl records. It has an unbeatable location: Dalston Junction is just seconds away, with top restaurants and cafes nearby, and the vibrant energy of Dalston all around. Yet, thanks to double-glazed, floor-to-ceiling windows and being on the 9th floor, the flat remains very quiet and bright. It feels like a peaceful retreat - calm and private, but still close to everything you need.

The flat itself is simply beautiful, and I’ve loved every second of living here over the past four years (and counting!). In summer, I still try to be back home by sunset. it’s that breathtaking, and it never gets old.

The available room is cozy, simple, and clean. It comes with a small double bed and a very spacious clothes rail. The current tenant added their own desk and plants, and you’re more than welcome to bring your own touches to make it feel like home. The floor-to-ceiling window lets in plenty of natural light during the day, giving the room a bright and airy feel. Next to the room, there is a big bathroom with a bathtub and shower, which will be your own bathroom.

A little bit about me: I’ve worked in music for the past 15 years and have recently joined the music department of an amazing charity. I split my time between the office and the flat on working days, and I’m often out when I’m not working (but never out too late!). I travel to visit family in Italy whenever I can or go see friends outside of London, especially in the warmer months.
