Bright Dalston House Sharing with Three Women

Hello!

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely, modern, 3-storey house in Dalston.

You’ll be living with three wonderful women aged 31-35. Laurie and Alice are from France and Freya is from Australia and all have lived in London 5+ years. Laurie, Alice and Freya are warm and friendly with busy work and social lives. We treat the house as a place for downtime and sometimes have a Netflix/ cooking/ hangout session in the evenings. It’s not a party house but you’re welcome to have friends for dinner, we just keep each other posted.

We all share the kitchen/ living space and have 2 bathrooms between four people. You would be using the ground floor bathroom shown in the pictures (the other one is at the top of the house for the other housemates). We also have a cute little courtyard style garden, a lovely area to have breakfast when the weather’s nice.

The room has 3 wardrobes built into the wall, a double bed and small bookcase. You could fit a small desk in the room too, if needed (I think there’s one in our attic). It's incredibly bright, with two windows looking onto the street. We’re a road behind Dalston Lane so it’s quite private.

The area is brilliant, with Dalston Junction Overground station 4 mins walk, a Co-op shop also 4 min walk, Aldi and Sainsbury’s very close too, with Ridley Road market for fruit and veg. Super close to London Fields which has the Lido swimming pool and Broadway Market to explore for weekend walks and coffee stops.

Everyone in the house has a hybrid work setup, a mix of office days and work from home days. Ideally we’re looking for someone with a similar work pattern, 2-3 office days seems to work for everyone to enjoy the space.

The room is available from 1st February. Our landlords are very responsive and friendly. We also have a brand new washing machine!

The rent is £1020 per month including bills. We also get a cleaner twice a month and have currently been paying £21 each per month for this.
