Room Available Dalston Junction

We’re looking for a new housemate for a spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Situated in Dalston Square, it’s only a 1 minute walk from Dalston Junction Overground. The complex has a roof terrace and a shared gym included with the tenancy!

The Room
- A good sized double room – double bed, wardrobe and 2x drawers.
- Sharing one of the bathrooms with 1 male (very clean!).
- Rent is £925pm (excluding bills).

The flat has its own outdoor space with a balcony.

You’ll be living with myself and Shay, 27 and 31 Y/O working professionals.

Shay - 31, works at a creative agency. He WFH around 3 days a week.

Myself- 27, Civil servant in the office 3-4 times a week.

We’re not mad-party people, we’ll have friends round for dinner or drinks but this rarely goes into the early hours.

We’re looking for a laidback housemate who fits in nicely and who wants to make the house a home. All the usual stuff really – someone who will help keep the place clean, happy to do their own thing but also enjoys hanging out together either in the flat or grabbing a couple of drinks somewhere local.
