There’s an ensuite with double-size shower in the room itself, plus a separate joint bathroom with a bath. The flat has a spacious, well-furnished lounge-kitchen, and a balcony with a great view over Dalston and London Fields.
Access to gym (located in another block) included, plus concierge service for deliveries etc.
Area & transport: flat located in Dalston Square right next to Dalston Junction station, and within another five minutes you can reach Dalston Kingsland, providing easy access to both the Mildmay and Windrush overground lines. From there it’s very quick to reach the Victoria line at Highbury & Islington, or Whitechapel for access to the Elizabeth Line into central London.
You’re also within easy walking distance to Dalston’s various shops, restaurants, cafes etc, and about a 15-20 minute walk from London Fields, Broadway Market, and Haggerston Park. It’s a vibrant, busy area, but the flat itself is quiet, as it faces into the pedestrianised square.

I am 36, queer and genderqueer and would like to live with someone from the LGBTQ+ community. I work in museum and gallery arts education and work a bit from home and a bit in the office. I enjoy gardening (attempting to grow things on the balcony), being out in nature, playing football, making things, watching films and tv, and cooking. I’m looking to live with someone who sees home as a respectful space for calm and relaxation, and some cooking together and with friends.
I am subletting the room (with permission from the landlord) while I go overseas for a work contract. Initially available from 1 February to 26 July when current tenancy ends. There will be a possibility for extension beyond that, but I’m not able to guarantee beyond July at this stage. Bills usually come to approximately £200pp per month.
