We’re looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to join our beautiful home in the heart of Dalston Junction!

The Tenancy
You'd be replacing our lovely housemate who is moving out to live with his girlfriend, to do a name change on our existing tenancy (small payment for the name change). The tenancy is for 1 year with a break clause at 6 months so we're open to either someone who can do 6 months, or the full 1 year.

About Us
You’ll be living with two female professionals in our mid-30s. We’re friendly and laid-back, and this is definitely not a party house. While we enjoy catching up over a meal or a reality show on tv, we value our calm, peaceful home – our partying days are behind us, and we prefer relaxing evenings watching TV or practising pilates.

We are both clean and tidy and also have a monthly cleaner priced at £20 each which helps keep the flat nice and clean!

A Quick Note
This is a chilled and respectful space, so we’re looking for someone who fits our vibe. We sometimes look after our friends dog so you'd have to be comfortable with sharing your space with a well natured medium size dog!

Rent & Details
The room is a cosy double priced at £950 per month, perfect for a professional who appreciates a quiet, tidy home with great company.
