We are looking for a lovely person to join us in our flat in Dalston!
The flat is pretty much brand new with a concierge and within a gated community, has a great balcony for lounging in the summer or with a cup of coffee in the morning.
Room is east facing so plenty of sun in the morning.
Dalston is a great location with two overground tube stops right on our doorstop.
About us:
I’m 30 and an Irish solicitor working in Covent Garden and I can usually be found at the pubs or at a food market on the weekends, or vintage shopping around Hackney 😍.
Amber is 32 from London and works in buying for M&S so is a natural foodie! She loves going out for food and trying new places.
We are looking for someone friendly and considerate, we enjoy watching telly in the evening and have the odd dinner party.

Just so you’ve got all the information here is our current bills
our bills are around £100-£120 a month including:
- council tax around £55 a month
- electricity and gas £20 a month
- water £21 a month
- tv license one off payment around £70 a year
