The flat is a spacious, modern, penthouse apartment with lobby area. It is situated on the top floor of the building, with a balcony that provides an amazing view of London.

You will have access to a modern bathroom, state of the art kitchen facilities and a homely shared living space.

The Flat is located perfectly, right on Dalston High Street. It is located in between two overground stations which are a one minute walk away and is 2 minutes from a shopping centre with an Aldi, Sainsbury’s & a number of other high street retailers.

My ideal roommate is a young professional, who is looking for a clean & respected apartment to call home. I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful. But also looking for someone who would be open for the occasional socialise. Whether it be down the pub, over a film or over some dinner.

Move in is 1st June or dates thereafter, I am doing viewings now & will be booking slots in first come, first serve.
