☀️ The room is bright, south facing, and comes with a large double bed, wardrobe, and side tables. Plenty of sun, and gorgeous view. you can see into the Dalston curve garden.

🪑 Current housemate is moving in with partner (yay) and is willing to sell some of his furniture for a decent price. Current furnitures include desk, bookshelf, table.

⭐️You'll be living with F 31 and M 34.
F31s room is upstairs and she has her own bathroom.
You'll be sharing with M34 who is clean and very respectful. We like to occasionally watch The Traitors together and go for pub quizzes.

Bills are about £100 a month and council tax is band D, so £63 each for 3 of us.
