Hello 😊 I'm Safa (31F) and I'm looking for a friendly and mature professional to join me and another housemate in a beautiful 3-bedroom new-build apartment near Dalston Junction!
WHO I'M LOOKING FOR:
I'd like to connect with clean, organised, and respectful individuals who are mindful of their shared living space and enjoy casual hangs with their housemates. I've lived in the apartment for one year with two wonderful housemates, who are unfortunately moving out.
Ideally, you work a hybrid pattern (a mix of office and from home). You enjoy occasional group hangs (indoors and out), perhaps watching movies with housemates, and having your own pals over from time to time. You like a very clean, tidy, and 'homely' space. You will hopefully be interested in making the flat look nice with things like furnishings and plants. I am also looking for people who will be respectful of noise levels in the house, and ideally not looking to host regular parties at home (occassional parties are great).
THE APARTMENT AND BEDROOM:
- Available from 20th July for a minimum stay of 12 months (no max).
- Largest in the apartment, equipped with a spacious En-suite (shower, toilet and large cupboard). It comes with a super big built-in wardrobe, in case you have a lot of clothes.
- FURNITURE AVAILABLE TO BUY: my flatmate is selling the bed frame and mattress pictures for cheap (both used less than 1 year). Let me know if you'd be interested in purchasing the bed
- The apartment itself is very spacious, bright, and functional. It's a modern new-build with; an open plan kitchen and living area, a large communal storage cupboard, a PRIVATE BALCONY, access to a communal ROOFTOP WITH VIEWS, a small private GYM, and 24-hour concierge! The communal areas in the apartment are pretty much furnished with all the necessities. Plants, furniture, and art for the communal space are very welcome 😊
COSTS:
Bills are approximately £147 each/month (in addition to rent). This includes council tax, broadband, electricity, water and gas. Council tax band: E
