Hi,
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease as planning on moving out of what has been a great place to live. Its a studio flat with own keys, with an en-suite and additional spare room right by Dalston Junction Station.
There is a communal kitchen upstairs and included in your studio already in the spare room is a fridge and microwave. There is lots of storage with a wardrobe and shelving unit in the main room. As well as a double bed.
All bills are included in the £970 a month including council tax.
I am planning on doing viewings on the week of 14th July, any afternoon/evening except Tuesday and possibly Wednesday during the day.
Flatmates all have their own studios but are all very friendly if you see in kitchen. There is also access to the building next doors roof via a Window for getting some sun etc.
My lease is until July 1st 2026 with a break clause in May but you may be able to do your own 6 month lease instead. The lease can be renewed after that. I 'm waiting to hear back from landlord agent about that. The landlord agent is really nice and helpful.
*This is for single occupancy only and you will need previous landlord reference and current employer reference.
