Hello!
I have 2, good sized double rooms available in my flat in Dalston from mid October.
A bit about the flat:
There are 3 bedrooms (no shared living room but the rooms are a great size), a shared galley kitchen with a washer/dryer, hallway storage and bathroom.
We’re in the middle of Dalston (literally), seconds away from both overground stations and the bus links of Kingsland Road. We share a courtyard with the Hat building, which is lovely in the summer, provides secure, covered bike storage and protects us from any road noise.
The building itself is secure and well taken care of with a lift (we are on the 2nd floor) and on site concierge/building manager.
About me:
I’m Liv, mid 30s, North Londoner.
I work in art, usually from home in the mornings. I really appreciate a calm environment and like to get on with my own things (pilates, reading, long walks- would always rather be in the countryside!) but not averse to the odd catch up!
About you:
It would be great to find a couple of like-minded professionals (male and female ok) who really value a clean, calm space and have their own lives/interests and need a great base, near the City.
Ideally not working from home full time- this has proven to be a bit tricky in the past, but always open to a conversation!
The contract is for 1 year, but not limited to. I started the tenancy a few years ago (*cough* - 6) and it’s been a great home.

I will be arranging viewings in the next week or 2- I don’t have fixed dates yet but I’m flexible and they’re ready to view.
The rooms come with a double bed and the possibility of keeping some of the current flatmates’ furniture (tbc!)
Building management also have basic furniture I can arrange to be moved in if needed.
Bills at the moment land at around £140 each per month, but this could reduce a little in the next month or 2.
