We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our friendly home! Professionals preferred please!
Moving in date: mid-end of September
We have two rooms available in the house! One is located on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor. They are both very bright, with two windows and a wooden floor.
The bedrooms comes with a double bed and a wardrobe, and the rent is £800 per month.
Bills are not included in the rent and are roughly £100 pm per person.
THE HOUSE
The house is big and located in a great area, just 2 minutes from Dalston Junction, but in a quiet pedestrian road.
There is a large eat-in kitchen/ living room, and both a front and a back garden for anyone who enjoys a bit of gardening :)
THE HOUSEMATES
We are two professionals in our late 20s/ early 30s. We are clean and respectful of spaces, looking for working professionals and like-minded housemates. It is a nice and social house, but not a party house.
