Big room in gorgeous Dalston flat

Hiya! We are looking for a third roommate to join us in our friendly and homey flat, from 1st of October. As our current housemate is sadly moving back to Australia.

Rent £1110 per month, bills come to around £150 each per month.

It’s right above Dalston Junction station in the Dalston square complex, so it’s very conveniently located with lots of transport links. It has a gym, concierge as well as access to the rooftop!

You’ll have a large bedroom with access to the shared balcony. It comes furnished although the desk and chair are the previous housemates which you can buy off her if you’d like.

You’ll be living with two girls both in our late 20’s. We work full time, usually 2/3 days in the office. We both like to exercise, go out to the theatre and have a mooch around a market. We also like to hang out at home watch tv, cook together and a have a glass or two of wine. We strike a good balance between peace and party ✌️🪩

We love this flat and like to keep it tidy, we’re hoping to find someone who loves it as much as we do.

Most importantly, we are after someone of similar age who is friendly, social, fun and kind 🥰
