Bedroom in Dalston

Hi, we are James and Cam (both NHS) searching for an easy-going, social and friendly housemate. We live in a beautiful 3-bed maisonette with a back garden. The flat is a 5min walk from Dalston Junction but sits in a quiet, residential hub.

The available single room is offered unfurnished (but does have space for a double bed) and faces the street side. Deposit is £884 (Spareroom wouldn’t let me change it) and bills are appox £150 pcm. It is important to us that communal areas are kept clean and organised. We are trying to find a cleaner so please consider that as well in the expenses.

The house gets tons of natural light and we have a big kitchen and adjoining garden which gets lots of sun in the warmer months. We are sociable and like to go out for drinks, etc, but this is definitely a home, NOT a party house 🙃 It would be preferable if you know London and feel set up here, but not essential.
