I’m looking for someone to take over my large double bed room in our 3-bed flat right in the heart of Dalston, literally a 2-minute walk from Dalston Junction Overground and loads of bus routes.

The room itself is big, bright and full of natural light, with large windows and an exposed brick wall. There’s loads of space, the room easily fits a sofa, desk and TV. So it can really feel like your own mini studio. It’s unfurnished, but I’m happy to sell on anything you like the look of.

The room is on the 4th floor, has an elevator and there is a concierge during day time. There is also a bike shed for storing bicycles.

The flat has one shared bathroom and super-fast 1GB broadband, which makes working from home a breeze. We’re surrounded by great supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Aldi, M&S are all next door) and of course all the restaurants and bars. Dalston needs no introduction really.

You’d be sharing with Naif, who works in market research, and Rowan, who works in theatre. Both are in their early/mid-30s. It’s a relaxed, tidy flat where everyone’s friendly but respects each other’s space . We like to have a chat in the kitchen, keep things clean, and make it feel like home, so would be wanting someone coming in to fit that vibes.
