Spacious dbl with ensuite - 24/7 concierge + gym

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take the 2nd ensuite bedroom in the building right above Dalston Junction Station.

The Room
- Spacious double with private en suite
- Furnished: landlord-provided bed, double mattress, desk, and wardrobe (may also have a couple of extra bits I’d be happy to share)
- Access to the shared balcony

The Flat / Building
- 8th floor apartment with great natural light — larger than it looks in the photos, with bedrooms on opposite sides for extra privacy
- Shared rooftop with great views
- 24-hour concierge
- On-site gym (included in rent)

Availability & Lease
- 26 December to be added to the lease, however flexible on move in date being 1-2 weeks prior/after. Lease till Jan 2027 and the agency will need to do the usual checks.
- Rent: £1,400/month (bills not included but relatively low– B energy rating).

Flatmate
You’ll be living with me (34, F, Australian, finance). I’ve been living in London since 2018 and work 4 days from the office. My weekends are generally just exploring the area, cafe hopping, catching up with friends, working out etc. I currently live with my partner but he’ll be moving back to Canada.

Hoping for a friendly, respectful flatmate to share with. Someone who I can have a chat/ coffee/wine with but that we can also do our own thing. Prefer someone who works from the office at least 3 days a week. See the flat as a peaceful home but also enjoy having friends around for dinner and casual drinks.

Location
Right on top of Dalston Junction Station, with great transport links. Cafes, bars, restaurants and grocery stores are all within a few minutes’ walk.
