Description
Hi,
My flatmate is moving back to the US in January and so I'm looking for someone to take on the new 12 month lease with me starting 1st February.
The apartment is amazing. Light, spacious, modern, and super well located (2 mins from Dalston Junction, and right beside the Kingsland shopping centre cut through).
As stated, the room is £1,550 per month. This does not include bills which will be circa £250 pm (council, water, electric, wifi etc).
About me, I'm Rhys (36M), British, and I work corporate for Amazon.
About you, ideally you'll be social but not overwhelming!
My current flatmate & I get on well, we hang out, we attend parties and concerts together on the weekends, but we also respect each others space and still have our separate lives. It is this dynamic I'm hoping to replicate.
Regarding WFH. I'm in the office 5 days, Monday-Friday. Whilst not a requisite, I would prefer someone who is at least 3 days in the office so not to clog up the apartment.
Happy for you to host parties, to host friends, to have bf/gf's over whenever - but always being respectful.
That's about it. I'll try have viewings next week (w/c 8th Dec). The landlord wants the new lease signed up by end of December (references included).
(Don't be daunted by the 12 month lease term. You'll be able to break that, just need to find the replacement).
