Our home is tucked away on a quiet street in the heart of Dalston, with excellent transport links:
• 5 min walk to Dalston Junction Station
• 8 min walk to Dalston Kingsland Station
• Two stops from Highbury & Islington (Victoria line)
• 15 mins by bus to Liverpool Street
• 10 mins walk to London Fields and Broadway Market

The neighbourhood has everything you need: gyms, yoga studios, pubs, cafes, supermarkets, organic shops, beauty salons, and a swimming pool in London Fields.

The house itself includes:
• Fully equipped, spacious kitchen with dining table, sofa and plenty of storage
• Bathroom with a generous bathtub
• Patio garden area - perfect for sunbathing! (needs some TLC – perfect if you’re into DIY or creative projects!)

House rules:
• We’re an eco-conscious household, mindful about energy and waste
• Quiet hours between 10 pm – 9 am (noisy laundry, loud music, slamming doors kept to a minimum)
• Weekly cleaning rota for communal spaces, plus day-to-day tidiness expected
• Pet-friendly – we share the home with a sweet cat named Pixie 🐾

About the flatmate:
I’m Alex – an artist & designer working mostly from home. I balance a full-time creative career with my own business, and in my free time I love Muay Thai, long walks, cooking, and coffee. Pixie (the cat) is my little kiddo.

Min - recently finished a master’s and currently focusing on writing and research, with a background in mental health work. I’m generally quiet and organised at home, enjoy books, long walks, and Muay Thai, and really value a friendly and respectful household.

I appreciate a calm, welcoming home: sociable when it feels right, but also respectful of personal time.

About you:
• Can commit to rent & bills on time
• Respects the house rules & each other’s schedules
• Keeps communal areas tidy
• Is open-minded, easy to talk to, and has a sense of humour
• If you smoke, you’re happy to use the patio

Ultimately, personality matters most – we’d like someone kind, considerate, and fun to live with.

• Rent: £600 per month (bills not included)

• Move-in date: 1st January
