Hello!
We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely flat right by Dalston Junction.
THE FLAT / ROOM
The flat is amazing — spacious, bright, on the 4th floor and with a balcony. We also have access to a gym in the next building and a communal rooftop.
The available room is a decent size and currently has a double bed and a large wardrobe (which may stay).
You’ll share the bathroom with Sam, who’s in the second bedroom.
THE VIBE
You’ll be living with me, Celia (from France), and Sam (from Australia) bogh in our early thirties.
We both enjoy being out and about, but we’d love to find someone who’s keen to share more than just a flat. Whether it’s a coffee, a walk, a pub visit, or a night out!
We’d love the flat to feel lived-in and social, where we can have friends over occasionally for dinner or drinks, and hopefully create a little flat family here.
PRACTICAL INFO
The room will be available in February (flexible date — happy to work out what suits everyone).
Rent: £1,175
Bills: approx. £150 per person per month (council tax, energy, heating, WiFi)
We’ll organise viewings in early January, but we’re keen to get the process started and are happy to chat via email or calls during the Christmas break.
