Double Room in Dalston Square

Spacious room on 17th floor with own private bathroom and balcony space. Fully furnished with large desk, double wardrobe, double bed and two bedside tables.

The room is privately leased through the owners and done per bedroom. My current lease ends June 9th and I am looking for someone to sub let my room until then - you will then have to option to stay on and take over from then!

Located in Dalston Square you are a 1 min walk to Dalston Junction Station and only 2 mins away from all of the amenities Kingsland Road has to offer. The building also offers a secure concierge, 24 hour gym access and parcel delivery from reception.

Currently living with two others who both are on the 18th floor with their own bathrooms as well. The apartment is large and has felt like my own place most of the time! Aged 28 and 31 both working full time, hybrid from home and in the office.

Bills come to £88 each month and rent is £1350, as I will still be on the lease I would ask for £1438 to be transferred each month on the 9th to cover both expenses as well as a deposit of £1350.

Looking for someone to move in around January 24th but am flexible with dates, the owners will need to approve who ever takes on the sub let and I am looking to secure someone ASAP and will be arranging viewings from January 5th - 11th
