Hey! Myself (Ciaran) and my flatmate Ty are looking for a 3rd to join us in our lovely Dalston flat in March 2026.

Located in E8 2FQ. The flat is on the 4th floor of a modern complex. We have a concierge available 24/7 and access to an underground bike garage.
The flat is very modern with a large shared living room and a balcony. There is a shared bathroom with a shower and a 2nd toilet.
The room is 13 sqm and comes fully furnished. The room is £1,400 pcm and bills (council tax, wifi, heating) typically come to £100-150 each per month.

You will be sharing with me and Ty. I'm a 29 y/o accountant (I promise I'm not boring) originally from Newcastle. I love photography, learning languages, Italian food, art galleries and buying more books before I've read the ones I already have.
Ty is 33, a London original, lawyer by day and an incredible sci-fi/fantasy author by night. Loves travelling, RnB, reality TV and cleaning the bathroom.
