Description
Hey! I’m moving out to live with my partner, so sadly I’m looking for someone to take over my room. I’ve honestly loved living here and will really miss the flat and the area!
The room is a good size and comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a brand new double bed. We've got a living room and kitchen with a dishwasher. The building’s also a big plus - there’s a gym, concierge (to take deliveries when you're out), and a rooftop with amazing views over London, all included in the rent. The building managers even put on seasonal events.
The flat is also extremely well connected. It is within a minute from Dalston Junction Station, which can take you to Shoreditch in 5 minutes. Dalston Kingsland Station is a 5-minute walk away which can take you to Hackney Wick and Stratford in less than 15 minutes.
There are loads of buses nearby too (including several night buses), so getting around is super easy. If you prefer walking, the City is just 30 mins away, and you’re 15mins from the canal which will take you to Broadway Market, London Fields and Victoria Park - which is just lovely in the summer!
Dalston itself is a really fun place to live - loads of great authentic restaurants (Turkish, Vietnamese, Mexican, Ethiopian etc.), amazing cafés and bakeries (Dusty Knuckle is 5 mins away), and every supermarket you could need close by.
Kingsland Road is also home to some of the best bars in London, but the flat itself is tucked away from the main road so it’s actually pretty quiet, so you can get the best of both worlds.
You’d be sharing with two really great guys in their late 20s- early 30s, one’s a videographer and the other works in the Government. It’s a calm, respectful flat. We’re friendly and social but it’s not really a party flat, so we’re looking for someone chill, fun, and clean.
Rent: £916.33 pcm
Bills: usually £90–£100
Deposit: £1,076.92
Available from: 3rd March (some flexibility to move a bit earlier)
Finally, the flat’s managed by an agent, so references are needed. They’re easy to deal with, and have been super helpful for any issue that's come up.
If this sounds like the right fit, please get in touch with a bit about yourself, what you like to do, and what you’re looking for in your next home! :)
