I’m moving out of London for a job so I’m (very guttingly) finding someone to take over the best and most convenient room I’ve ever had in this city.

You must be:

You’d be sharing with 2 lovely professional early 30s men who are friendly, quiet, interesting, sporty, busy, often out of the house, and a breeze to live with.

They’re open to getting a cleaner and splitting the cost if that’s something you’d like, but we haven’t needed to while I’ve lived here.

Huge room, pics don’t really convey the size - for scale my bed is king size and there’s still room for a sofa and a large desk.

Massive built in wardrobes.

En-suite with big shower, heated towel rail, and built in storage.

Walls were freshly painted a few months ago and are pristine.

Super duper quiet and peaceful.

9th floor and west facing so massive sunset view, you can see all the way to Angel.

Literally 30 secs from Dalston Junction station (can see the back entrance from bed).

50 metres from Kingsland Road and all the fun it has to offer.

Zero traffic noise even with windows open because it’s a pedestrianised square.

Duplex (2 floors) apartment.

Spacious open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows.

Everyone has their own bathroom.

2x large communal storage cupboards in our hallways.
