2 x Double rooms in a gorgeous Dalston flat!

Hi everyone!

We have 2 double bedrooms available in a very modern 3 bed and 2 bathroom flat in Dalston. You’ll have a room with a shared bathroom with 1 other person 🛏🌻.

The flat is located in a super convenient part of Dalston (< 1 min walk away from Dalston Junction) but since we're in an apartment, we're also a bit elevated from the hustle and bustle of the high street. The flat comes with a balcony for a stunning view of the city, a shared gym and 24hr concierge for residents.

Current housemates are Amy and Josh - a couple that were in the previous rooms and are now taking the master bedroom. Amy (27) is an architect and Josh (30) is a kiwi musician. We love all things food and wine, good gigs, pubs and travelling!

The house is super easy to get along with and the atmosphere is homely, friendly, and respectful. We are after someone who will treat the flat as their own and be clean and considerate when using the shared spaces! We often hang out when we make dinner and occasionally hit up a local pub/wine bar.

During the week, we're all quite busy with work, gym and social schedules. We sometimes work from home and you would be welcome to as well, but are looking for people mainly office based. It would be fab to have someone join the house who’s equally as chilled out and with a similar schedule and vibe!

- Rent £910 for the smaller double room and £940 for the larger room
- Bills approx £170 (incl. council tax and a cleaner who comes around once a month)
- Deposit £908
- Available to move in around the 25th April
- Will be taking over the lease so need to be able to provide references
