Subletting my room for a month

Subletting my room in Dalston during July and August . Flexible on dates but preferably looking at 10th July - 10th August ( could make it longer ) . I have to go home to take care of family so my dates are flexible.

We can arrange on a set price. But my monthly rent is normally 1200£ bills included so happy to pro rata it for any additional dates.

I’ll pack away most of my things but will likely need to use some drawers. Can be discussed on a call or viewing.

Bathroom would be shared with my current flatmate, 30f, quiet, clean, works nights and sleeps in most of the day.

📍Location: The flat is just a 5-minute walk to Dalston Junction, and super well connected by buses (bus stop 1min away). The neighbourhood`s great: plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bars nearby. You’ve got all your essentials covered too – Sainsbury’s, M&S, Tesco, and Co-op are all within a 10-minute walk.
