Sublet, Haggerston/Dalston (July/August )

Subletting my room in Haggerston/Dalston during July & August. Flexible on dates, but ideally looking for someone anytime from 7 July – 10 August (can potentially extend longer). I need to head home to take care of family, so there’s flexibility around move-in/move-out dates.

Rent for a month stay is £1000 including bills.

If you’d like to stay longer than 1 month, any additional days beyond the first month would be charged pro rata at £40 per day. We can also agree on a set price for a longer stay.

I’ll pack away most of my belongings, though I may need to keep a few drawers for storage — happy to discuss during a call or viewing.

Bathroom would be shared with my current flatmate, 30f, quiet, clean, works nights and sleeps in most of the day.

📍Location: The flat is just a 5-minute walk to Dalston Junction, & a 5 min walk to Haggerston Station. super well connected by buses (bus stop 1min away). The neighbourhood`s great: plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bars nearby. You’ve got all your essentials covered too – Sainsbury’s, M&S, Tesco, and Co-op are all within a 10-minute walk.
