LOCATION
We’re just a 3 min walk from dalston junction station, 5 min walk from dalston kingsland station and a 2 min walk from big john sainsbury’s. London fields and hackney downs are also a 10 min walk away, and we’re surrounded by great pubs, bars, venues, restos, etc

BUILDING
It’s a converted warehouse, but a ‘grown up’ one rather than a party house, so the entire building is quiet, clean and gated with a concierge, fob locked bike room, car park, downstairs lobby, a lift and v many dream dog neighbours

CASA
Full of exposed brick, big windows, wooden floors, plants, bright white walls. Pls note: there is no living room. Your bedroom is unfurnished but the old housemate says he will sell on the sofa and bed that are currently in the room

HOUSEMATES
Nathan

HOUSE DYNAMIC
Just a heads-up: we don’t really have a communal living room space, but we do have a large, gurthy corridor with big windows all around, so we usually hang out there and in the kitchen. We are both very independent with our own schedules, but we are v close and love hanging out whenever we’re both free! You’ll often find us heading to a local pub or restaurant, going for long strolls together, or hosting our own margarita-making competitions. Heh heh

IDEAL HOUSEMATE
We’re looking for someone like-minded and LGBT friendly – someone who has their own busy life, but is happy to occasionally share stories and hang out with us over a walk or that next margarita competition.

Important: It’s a beautiful house, so we do our best to keep it clean and tidy, and we are looking for someone who prioritises this too. If you’re messy, you’re unfortunately going to be the best fit

Bills: £100-130 depending on season (usually at the lower end)
