One large room (w/ en-suite) in Dalston flat

Sadly our wonderful housemate is moving out to live with her friend, so we are looking for someone to fill the en-suite king room in our spacious 3 bedroom flat in Dalston. You will be sharing with myself and another.

🛀 The room is extremely spacious and the biggest in the flat, with a very large private bathroom. It comes with a huge built-in wardrobe and can easily fit a king sized bed. The room is on the top floor of the duplex flat (12th floor in the building) and comes unfurnished. It gets plenty of light throughout the day, and you will enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evening 🌇

🏠 The flat overall is very spacious with a huge open plan living space with floor to ceiling south and west facing aspects, and with a winter garden and terrace which makes it perfect to be used all year round to enjoy those beautiful evening sunsets!

Injila:
I'm Injila, a Post-Producer working in broadcast production, and from Solihull. I love going to dance classes & the cinema, enjoy pastries and going to a gig now and then. I am quite social out of the house but also like to share a cosy evening in watching a movie or a walk to London Fields on the weekend.

Erica:
I'm Erica, queer 🏳️‍🌈, from New Zealand and I love being outdoorsy, finding swim spots in the summer, and being cosy with a pint of Guinness or in the sauna in the winter. I’m known in the flat for not being able to cook a simple meal!

We are looking for someone with similar lifestyle and interests, who has their own things going on but equally likes to hang out from time to time when we’re all in the flat. It's not a party flat, but we do occasionally have friends around for dinner.

The location is perfect, you’ll be in the centre of Dalston, right next Dalston Junction station and with Dalston Kingsland station only 5 minutes down the road. Easy to reach by walking distance is Stoke Newington, London Fields, Shoreditch, Angel.

The flat is part of a building complex that includes a concierge, gym at no extra cost and it has plenty of cafes and supermarkets nearby.

The boring bits:
Rent for the en-suite room is currently at £1,340 a month
Bills (inc. internet, council tax, heat, water, electricity, and cleaner once a month) are around £165-190 each a month (depending on usage). Rent might be going up slightly, so the exact cost will be confirmed soon. Our landlord has a portfolio of flats in the square so might be selling at some point too.
We have a cleaner that comes every month for the toilets and communal spaces
