The room is beautifully furnished and has floor to ceiling windows with views of the building's shared roof terrace and plenty of storage space.

The development has a gym and concierge on site plus a variety of bars and restaurants, and has excellent transport connections (less than 30 seconds walk to Dalston Junction overground; 3 mins to Dalston Kingsland; plus lots of buses to Highbury Corner, Liverpool Street and Old Street stations). London Fields, Victoria Park and Broadway Market are all around 10-15 minutes walk.

The room is available for three months from 7th May, and the price includes all bills including a cleaner once a week. Ideally I'd like to find someone for the whole three months.

I am a 38 year old professional female who works hard during the week and likes relaxing a home at the weekend, going out for dinner/drinks, going out to see friends or having them over here. I love cooking and will often spontaneously bake stuff!
