Bright Double w Bathroom in Dalston

Hello all! We are looking for someone to join our bright, spacious flat on Dalston Square. We are offering a short term let, ideally for around 3-4 months.

We would consider a Mon-Fri only let as well, so if that’s of interest, please do get in touch and we can discuss.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat with beautiful wood floors and a balcony. We are a couple and occupy one en suite room. The 3rd room is our spare room.

Yours is a good sized double (furnished with a wardrobe, large chest of draws and side table) with an abundance of natural light and a bathroom located across the hall (we have an en suite attached to our room so you will have sole use of your bathroom apart from the odd dinner guest).

A cleaner comes twice a month.

All bills are included (utilities, council tax, and broadband).

No fees.

You'll be sharing with an easygoing couple (one lawyer and one tv producer) who are looking for someone clean and considerate - with a sense of humour!

We are located in the heart of Dalston, in Dalston Square. Dalston Kingsland and Junction Overground stations, the Arcola Theatre, Dalston Eastern Curve Garden, CLR library and Ridley Rd market are all located less then five mins walk from here with the Regents Canal only a further 10 mins away. We're surrounded by an array of bars and restaurants up, down and around the Kingsland Rd providing plenty of choice for evening activities.
