It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Old Street, a 10 minute walk to Dalston a 5 minute walk to Haggerston Overground station. It's a nice, quiet area.
Your room is on the top floor and can come with the bed if you need it! There are two bathrooms, one has a shower and one has a shower over a bath. The house comes with its very own inflatable kayak, a lush Bear Grylls style garden, a tin whistle and karaoke mic.
The rent is £697 a month and the bills come to roughly £100 a month.
