We have this lovely single room in a superior House, close to all facilities and transports you could need.

The House is located in a nice and quiet street, with all furniture and amenities you need.

Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, cookers/oven, fridge- freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, cups, etc.).

- 2 bathrooms(main room is en suite)
- Wi-Fi broadband(up to 350 mb)
- Washing and dryer machines
- Cleaner twice a week

The room is very bright and is also fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, drawers and small desk.

All bills are INCLUDED

Location area and Transport:

The House is close to all pubs, restaurants, market’s and off licence shops.
Bus stop is 2 min walk (lots of buses to the City and Central London).
5 min walk from Haggerton Overground St, 10 min walk to Old St tube St and 10 min walk to Hoxton overground St as well.
Is ideally located to commute to the City.

We require

- 2 weeks deposit (refundable)
- 1 month rent in advance
- 6 months minimum stay
