Double Room Available in De Beauvoir Flat

We have a double room available for let in our flat on Southgate Road in De Beauvoir Town. The flat is located with Regents Canal, a Tesco Metro, and two parks on the doorstep, as well as bars, cafés and restaurants close by. Transport-wise, the flat is well connected with a number of commuting options.

The flat has good sized communal areas, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms (you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person). The available room is decently sized, and comes with the furniture shown in photos. The bathroom will be shared with the other person.

You will be sharing with two women and a man in our early thirties. We are friendly, clean and easy-going, and would like to live with a person who is similarly looking to making a home out of the flat.

The rent is £900 per month, and bills work out at £75 each per month for water, gas, council tax, and WIFI. You will be renting from us direct, so there are no agency fees. The deposit is 1 month rent.

We are looking for someone to move in on 1st July, but as the room is already available, we can be flexible with a move in date. Leave us a message if you’re interested in arranging a viewing, and we can go from there.
